By purchasing from any of these platforms, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in addition to the platform's own policies.

• “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our” refers to KVC Jewels and its parent entity, Bajrangdas Impex.
• “Customer,” “you,” “your” refers to any individual or entity accessing or purchasing from our platforms.
• “Products” or “Goods” refers to fine jewelry, precious stones, custom-designed pieces, and accessories offered for sale.
• “Order” means a confirmed purchase of Products.
• “Website” means https://kvcjewels.com and its associated pages, content, and digital storefronts.

You must be at least 15 years of age to make a purchase on our platforms. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4.1 Product Description

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, appearance, or finish may occur due to photography, screen settings, or the natural characteristics of gemstones. All product weights and stone measurements are approximate. Natural gemstones and diamonds may have unique inclusions and characteristics that make each piece one-of-a-kind.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to the fluctuating market value of precious metals and stones. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, limit quantities, or run promotions at our sole discretion.

4.3 Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an ordered product is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a full refund or an alternative product, as mutually agreed.

5.1 Order Confirmation

An order confirmation email or message constitutes acceptance of your purchase offer. However, an order is considered accepted only after successful payment is received and verified.

5.2 Order Cancellation by KVC Jewels

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

• Stock unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Payment failure or suspected fraud
• Incomplete or inaccurate shipping information

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5.3 Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation via email before dispatch. For shipped orders, cancellations are not accepted; please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Return Policy.

5.4 Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom-designed and personalized orders are final and non-refundable once production has commenced. Please review all specifications carefully before confirming your order.

Payments may be processed through available payment gateway options such as UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, or other enabled modes. We do not store card or UPI credentials. Payment failures are handled by the payment gateway and the customer's bank. We are not liable for delays or issues arising from the payment gateway or banking systems.

For orders exceeding ₹2,00,000, your PAN may be required as per Government of India regulations.

7.1 Domestic Shipping (India)

• Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout.
• Estimated delivery: 8–12 working days.
• Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, logistics partners, and unforeseen circumstances.

7.2 International Shipping

• We ship to select international destinations.
• Estimated delivery: 15–20 working days.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on destination country, customs clearance, and logistics partners.

7.3 Processing Time

Every piece is handcrafted and made-to-order unless stated otherwise. For custom or personalized orders, additional production time may apply and will be communicated before order confirmation.

7.4 Delivery Issues

We are not liable for delays, damage, or non-delivery caused by logistics partners, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. If you receive a damaged package, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

8.1 Return Window

We offer a 5 day return policy from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted only for:

• Manufacturing defects
• Damage during transit
• Incorrect product delivered

8.2 Conditions for Return

• The product must be unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.
• Original invoice and certificate of authenticity must be provided.
• Custom-designed and personalized pieces are non-returnable unless defective.

8.3 Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at jewelskvc@gmail.com within the return window. Our team will guide you through the process. Return shipping costs may apply and will be communicated at the time of return authorization.

8.4 Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

8.5 Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

8.6 Non-Returnable Items

• Loose diamonds and gemstones
• Custom-designed and engraved pieces
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale

9.1 Warranty Coverage

KVC Jewels offers a 3 months warranty on manufacturing defects, including faulty settings or pre-existing damage to precious metal due to craftsmanship. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase.

9.2 What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage resulting from accidents, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs
• Loss of stones due to negligence
• Color changes due to chemical exposure

9.3 Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please provide:

• Original tax invoice
• Certificate of authenticity
• Warranty certificate

The warranty is transferable if the jewelry is gifted, provided the original documentation is available.

All content on our Website and platforms, including but not limited to designs, text, macro-photography, graphics, logos, product images, and branding, is the exclusive property of KVC Jewels or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

All designs submitted for custom orders become the property of KVC Jewels once produced.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect, store, process, and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Website and/or providing your information, you consent to the collection and use of the information you disclose, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Place fraudulent, speculative, or false orders
• Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems to access our platforms
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use our platforms for any unlawful purpose
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our services without express written permission

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KVC Jewels' total liability for any purchase-related claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or platforms.

This limitation does not exclude or restrict any rights, remedies, or liabilities imposed by applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by agreement.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KVC Jewels, its parent company Bajrangdas Impex, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our platforms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.

Parties shall first attempt amicable resolution within 30 days of written notice before initiating legal proceedings.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of our platforms after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will not affect confirmed Orders.
