Cancellation & Refund Policy

1.1 Cancellation by KVC Jewels

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

• Stock unavailability – If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed.
• Pricing errors – If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error.
• Payment failure or suspected fraud – If payment is not successfully verified or the transaction appears suspicious.
• Incomplete or inaccurate shipping information – If we cannot verify or fulfill the delivery address.
• Quality rejection during inspection – If a product does not meet our quality standards before dispatch.
• Natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances – Events beyond our reasonable control.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. We will notify you via email or phone if your order is cancelled by us.

1.2 Cancellation by the Customer

Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: You may request a cancellation before your order has been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us at jewelskvc@gmail.com or call +91 92745 10828 with your order number.

• Ready-to-Ship Orders: Full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Made-to-Order / Custom Orders: These pieces are crafted specifically for you. Cancellation requests will be accepted only before production begins. Once production has commenced, cancellations are not permitted.
• Gold Coins, Bars, and Solitaire Diamonds: These items cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once the order is confirmed, as they are non-returnable and non-cancellable.

Post-Dispatch Cancellation: Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted. Please refer to our 15-Day Return Policy for returns after delivery.

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed under the following circumstances:

• Order cancelled by KVC Jewels – Full refund.
• Order cancelled by customer before dispatch – Full refund (subject to the conditions in Section 1.2).
• Manufacturing defect – Full refund under our 15-Day Return Policy.
• Damage during transit – Full refund after quality inspection.
• Incorrect product delivered – Full refund or free replacement.

2.2 Refund for Non-Defective Returns

If you wish to return a product that does not have a manufacturing defect under our 15-Day Return Policy, a 10% fee will be levied on the invoice value. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Exception: Any order above Rs. 1,00,000 will be eligible for Exchange only for the total invoice value. Refunds are not applicable for such orders.

2.3 Refund Timelines

Refunds are processed after quality inspection of the returned product. The refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.

2.4 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails and the amount is debited from your account, it will be returned to the respective account within 72 hours by the payment gateway used. Please note that KVC Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by the payment gateway or banking systems.

3.1 Digital Wallets, Vouchers, Gift Cards, Schemes, or KVC Wallet

Returns of orders paid via digital wallets (e.g., Safegold), online vouchers, gift cards, schemes, or KVC Wallet will be eligible for Exchange only. A refund to the customer account is not applicable. If no exchange is decided, the amount will be kept in KVC Wallet for future purchases.

3.2 Custom & Bespoke Orders

Products designed through our Bespoke/Custom Design service are not eligible for cancellation or refund once production has commenced. However, these orders are covered under our Lifetime Exchange Policy.

3.3 Engravings

In case of engravings, removal of tag, logo, etc., a 10% deduction will be applicable on the invoice value for refunds. If you wish to go for an Exchange, 100% value will be adjusted to the exchanged order.

3.4 Double Gold Rate Protection (DGRP) Orders

DGRP orders will only be eligible for the 15-Day Exchange Policy. No refund will be applicable on DGRP orders. A 10% cancellation charge is applicable for such orders.

3.5 International Orders

The cancellation and refund feature is not available for International Orders (orders shipped abroad from India). International orders are eligible for exchange only in case of manufacturing defects or transit damage.

The following items are not eligible for cancellation or refund:

• Gold Coins / Bars
• Silver Articles, Coins & Bars
• Customized Orders
• Auspicious Products
• Gift Vouchers
• Solitaire Diamonds
• Make-to-Order & Special Products
• Orders over ₹1 Lakh (Exchange only)
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale
