15-Day Return Policy

KVC Jewels provides an option to its customers to get 100% exchange on their products. If you still wish to return, you can get a 100% refund on your purchase under our 15-Day Return Policy if the product has manufacturing defects. If not, a 10% fee will be levied on returning your product.

Any order above Rs. 1,00,000 will be eligible for Exchange only for the total invoice value.

To be eligible for a return or exchange under this policy, the following conditions must be met:

• Any item that shows signs of damage, wear and tear, alterations, or resizing (by a jeweler other than KVC Jewels) will not be accepted under this policy.
• The product must be the same as shown on the website with all supporting paperwork.
• The product will not be accepted under this policy if the Tag of “Non-Returnable If Torn” is removed.
• The product must be unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.
• Original invoice and certificate of authenticity must be provided.

You are eligible for an exchange on KVC Jewels for 100% of the purchase value under the 15-Day Return Policy.

• If the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product.
• If the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchases.
• One order can be exchanged only once, post which it will fall under our Lifetime Exchange Policy.

Digital Wallets, Vouchers, Gift Cards, Schemes, or KVC Wallet

The returns of orders that were paid via digital wallets, online vouchers, gift cards, schemes, or KVC Wallet will be eligible for Exchange only. A refund to the customer account is not applicable. If no exchange on the order is decided, the amount will be kept in KVC Wallet for future purchases.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

Any product that has been designed through our Bespoke/Custom Design service will not be included in the 15-Day Return Policy, i.e., designed exclusively for our client by KVC Jewels through customization. However, these orders will come under a Lifetime Exchange Policy.

Engravings

In case of engravings, removal of tag, logo, etc., a 10% deduction will be applicable on the invoice value. If the client wishes to go for Exchange, 100% value will be adjusted to the exchanged order.

Gold Rate Fluctuations

Regarding exchange orders, current gold rates and offers will be applied/replaced with the rates and offers used for the original order.

Non-Returnable Items

• Loose Solitaire Diamond / Gemstones
• Gold Coins, Bars, and Frames
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale

International Orders

This feature is not available for International Orders (orders that will be shipped abroad from India). International orders are eligible for exchange only in case of manufacturing defects or transit damage.

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

If you happen to be dissatisfied with the jewelry you received upon delivery, you can:

• Login to your KVC Jewels account and visit My Orders. Here you will have the option to request a return for your order with relevant reasons for your dissatisfaction.

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

• Please read the information on your original packing slip.
• Preserve original packing and the item in its sealed form with all accessories, tags, boxes, bags, stickers, papers, and original Invoice.
• Securely repack the unused item.

Step 3: Schedule a Pickup

Once your package is ready, just call our customer service team and we will arrange to pick it up at your doorstep.

Step 4: Ship to Our Address

Check the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip:

Step 5: Keep Your Tracking Number

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our distribution center as mentioned above.

Step 6: Receive Your Refund

You can expect a refund within 10–14 working days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.

In case you receive a damaged item, an item you didn't order, or the wrong item, we exchange it free of charge or refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges after a quality check upon receipt.

If it is indeed an error or a defective product, your refund or exchange will be on its way shortly.

All KVC Jewels jewelry comes with an IGI©, GIA©, or other recognized laboratory appraisal certificate and must be returned with the certificate.

• If the certificate is not returned, your refund will be reduced by the amount of the replacement cost.
• If you do not have the certificate, let us know so we can quote you the exact price for the replacement.
• KVC Jewels will not be responsible for any loss or damage of return shipments.

1. Pack the item(s) securely using the extra packing material found along with your order. Do not use the packaging in which your order was packed and sent.
2. Do not use cello tape or any kind of wrapping on the shipment. Use the seal already provided.
3. Shipment should be sealed and packed before handing to courier. Only return invoices for shipping purpose to be kept outside.
4. Please take a video while packing & sealing the bag for your reference and safety.

For products that fall outside the 15-Day Return Policy window, KVC Jewels offers a Lifetime Exchange Policy. This allows you to exchange your jewelry for the current market value of the gold, diamond, or gemstone content, subject to our terms and conditions.
