Shipping & Delivery

Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, destination country, customs clearance, logistics partners, and unforeseen circumstances.

• We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.
• Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout.

• We ship to select international destinations.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Every piece is handcrafted and made-to-order unless stated otherwise. For custom or personalized orders, additional production time may apply and will be communicated before order confirmation.

• Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account to check the status of your order.
• Your jewelry is shipped in durable, tamper-evident packaging and is fully insured until it reaches you. We use reputed courier partners to ensure safe delivery.

If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept it if the tamper-evident seal is broken. Contact us immediately at jewelskvc@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and we will resolve the issue.

We are not liable for delays, damage, or non-delivery caused by logistics partners, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. See our Return Policy for details.
